License
By using Medicore, Rajaninath Technologies Pvt Ltd gives you a license to use our software for managing your pharmacy inventory and sales.
Your Responsibilities:
Follow all government pharmacy and pricing regulations.
Keep accurate records of sales and drug inventory.
Keep your computer systems secure for local data backup.
Only allow authorized staff to use the software.
Software Misuse
Any attempt to tamper with the software or bypass security logs will result in your license being canceled immediately.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Vasai, Maharashtra.
Limitation of Liability
While our system is built for high reliability, Rajaninath Technologies is not responsible for data loss due to computer tampering or misuse of the software.
